As a guild company, we pay attention to an attentive and personal service, combined with competent advice in gastronomical issues. As a Biosfera partner organization, we consider as many regional products and providers as possible.
In the cozy „Stüvetta“, guests as well as local people meet with Bündner cuisine and Bündner wine, for a chat in a cozy round.
Our Stüvetta Lüsai (dining room) for half board guests, also fit parties with up to 55 people, also invites you to eat and drink and to a happy togetherness. We will gladly send you our menu suggestions.
In case of good weather, it’s best to stay on our sunny terrace.

Start your day in our cozy breakfast room with a rich, healthy Biosfera breakfast.
Enjoy our breakfast buffet with bread, croissants, yogurt, milk, butter, cheese, eggs, and honey, all from Val Müstair. There are also homemade jams and various sausages.
The delicious bircher muesli, refreshing fruit salad, and various cereals offer you a light and healthy start to the day. Accompanied by aromatic coffee, a selection of teas, and fruit juices.
